Aerodrome Manual
The Air Navigation & Aerodromes (ANA) Department is responsible for the policy, planning and provision of the regulatory and the safety oversight activities for the United Arab Emirates Civil Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), aerodromes, heliports and flight procedure design organizations.
Aerodrome Operations
The purpose of the course is to know the basic instruction on aerodrome operations in compliance with GCAA regulations, the main objective is to understand Aerodrome Operating regulations, become competent in Aerodrome Operations and be audited by External agency (GCAA).
Aerodrome Safeguarding
All aerodromes must ensure that the environment both on and off the airport are maintained in a safe condition for aircraft operations.
Flight Dispatch Introduction
Do you know who a true gem of an airline is? Although flight dispatchers are invisible to the passengers, they are the key to airline’s safe and successful services.
Safety Management System Introduction
A Safety Management System (SMS) within any aviation organization provides a systematic approach to managing safety.
Dangerous Good
Dangerous goods are items or substances that when transported by aircraft are a risk to health, safety, property or the environment.
Aircraft Ground Handling
For aircraft ground handling and passenger escory, objective is to know how to correct passenger escort, correct approach to aircraft, load/unload knowledge, how to connect FEGP, How to respond in an emergence.
Aviation Training (Airside Safety)
Learn about the airport environment, airside safety and security, traffic rules, aircraft danger zones, fire prevention and in the event of an incident, know the procedures to follow in fire action and how to administer first aid.
Airside Works in Progress
All aerodromes must manage work in progress at some point, whether as a result of new developments or maintenance.
Aviation Training (Aviation Law)
Air Law covers the rules that apply to both domestic and international aviation.
Advanced safety Management for Managers
This course takes an in depth look at Safety Management Systems (SMS) by describing the requirements and composition of an SMS.
Metrology Observation
The Aviation Meteorological Office (AMO) aims to provide aviation weather services to contribute to safety improvement, regularity, and efficiency of air navigation.
Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification
Risk assessment is performed to determine the magnitude of risk and to establish whether measures are needed to contain it within defined limits.
Wildlife & Bird Hazard Management
A diversity of wildlife species, including birds, mammals, and reptiles, can be found on or around aerodromes the world over.
Helideck Inspector Training
The aim of our training is to highlight the special duties placed upon personnel appointed to carry out offshore helideck inspections, i.e. helicopter company personnel, offshore installation personnel required to perform audits of helicopter landing areas, other persons or agencies with an interest in helideck standards (e.g. national civil aviation authorities, governmental health and safety executives, offshore oil and gas representative organization, etc).
Aviation Post Holders
Post Holder is a serious and demanding role and needs to satisfy the Regulator process that the applicant has both appropriate background experience and competencies to support the role.
Aerodrome Flight Information Refresher
The course is designed to impart knowledge and skills to the Aerodrome Flight Information Service Officer (AFISO) students in order to enable them to qualify for an Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS) student certificate of competency for Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS).
Train the Trainer
This course will the participants build on their existing instructional skills, giving them multiple opportunities to evaluate and improve the way they design, conduct, and evaluate a training event. With a strong focus on presentation skills and training best practices they will gain valuable feedback from experienced facilitators in this practical and constructive learning environment.
Logistics & Transportation Techniques
Air transportation provides critical capabilities for a modern economy. Whether it involves passengers or cargo, the ability to quickly and reliably move valuable resources over great distances improves the quality of life and standard of living of people across the globe.
