Aircraft Ground Handling

For aircraft ground handling and passenger escory, objective is to know how to correct passenger escort, correct approach to aircraft, load/unload knowledge, how to connect FEGP, How to respond in an emergence. All ground handling staff are expected to be training in appropriate skills for the safe ground handling of aircraft.

Course Objectives:

After completing this module, you will be able to:

• Understand the procedures of aircraft reception on the stand.
• Define the FOD and the safety requirements on the ramp.
• Understand the Aircraft Hazards.
• Be familiar with all ground support equipment (GPU, ASU.. etc.) and the right procedures of its operations.
• Understand the fueling procedures and right procedures of fueling with PAX onboard.
• Be able to load / offload the aircraft according to the loading instructions.
• Be familiar with aircraft fuselage and cabin sectors.
• Understand the related flight messages (MVT, LDM, CPM…etc).
• Understand the right procedures of aircraft dispatching..
