Aviation Training (Aviation Law)

Air Law covers the rules that apply to both domestic and international aviation. These rules govern the complex relationship between States, Service Providers and Passengers. The rules also govern the impact of aviation on the environment and on individuals affected by aircraft operations.  It is a very broad subject of relevance to most involved in civil aviation.

Course Objectives:

• The purpose is to understand the aviation laws of the UAE.
• Get the knowledge of the GCAA regulations and knowledge of the UAE federal Aviation Laws.

• (EU) No 139/2014) Essential requirements for the planning and operation of an airfield
• Airports in the National Air Law planning
• Ground handling services Aviation security slot allocation
• The Civil Aviation Law of the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) was issued on 10 June 1991
• technical activities such as air traffic control and the installation, operation and maintenance of communication equipment, radio equipment, navigation aids, meteorology, etc. and Air transport in general
• The General Civil Aviation Authority GCAA Law issued on 01 January 1996; Federal Cabinet Decree (Law 4) to regulate Civil Aviation and provide designated aviation services with emphasis on safety and security
