Medical FAQ:

1-  What are the admission requirements?

                     You just need to fill and submit the full registration form and send a copy of your ID or passport. 

2- How do I register for a Medical course?

                     Simply click on the Registration Tab and fill your information. The training coordinator will contact you in a short period of time to complete and confirm your registration. 

3-  Are your courses approved by local and international entities?

                 Yes. All of our Medical courses are approved locally by the Department of Health and internationally by American Heart Association (AHA) and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) 

4- What is the duration of your courses?

                   Each Training differs from the other. Most of our medical training courses duration range between 1 to 2 days.

5- When will I get the certificate after course completion?

                     You will get the certificate 1 to 3 working days after the course completion.

6- What are your available learning methods?

                     We offer instructor led-trainings in person and online courses and blended learning options.

7- What are the minimum requirements to pass the course?

                    The minimum requirement is to pass the exams with a score not less than 75%. The candidate has 3 attempts to pass the exam.

8- What is your refund policy?

                 1)  Nonrefundable Registration fees.

                  2)  Nonrefundable Training Material.

                  3)  Nonrefundable certification charges.

                  4)  Cancellation charges depend on when the written cancellation notice received):

                         a) Over 2 weeks cancellation notice: full refund.

                         b) 1-2 weeks cancellation notice: 50% refund.

c) Less than 7 days cancellation notice: no refund, unless in exceptional circumstances, for which a medical certificate maybe requested

9-What is the certification validity?

                  The certificates are valid for 2 years.
